Are you, by choice or circumstances, facing changes in your career, work-life balance, relationship, health, identity, or mortality?
I am a seasoned licensed clinical psychologist with the experience and expertise you may desire to guide you through your life transition.
During the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals throughout the lifespan, offering assistance in navigating the inevitable changes that come during periods of transition. I have helped my clients weather devastating losses and watched them marvel at the gratifying gains they experience, as they successfully manage challenges, master their fears and emerge triumphant.

Though I have historically worked with individuals of all ages and developmental stages, I am excited to begin focusing my expertise primarily on addressing the challenges of adult life-transitions.
